Circumstances
Owed wages and repatriation. On 14th January 2020 the vessel was detained by PSC and subsequently arrested on 29th January 2020.
Updates
22 July 2022: International Transport Workers' Federation
Next court date is 25th July 2022. There remains serious concern over the mental and physical state of the crew. The ITF local affiliated union are providing provisions and water and are in discussion with the Marshall of high court. We remain hopeful that the court will allow the vessel to be auctioned.
30 November 2021: International Transport Workers' Federation
Vessel remains arrested. The next court day is 3rd December 2021. 10 crew are on board and medical assistance is being provided. The repatriation for another 2 crew is scheduled for the first week of December.
11 August 2021: International Transport Workers' Federation
10 crew members remain on board and have not received any wages.
The lockdown in Sri Lanka has caused the courts to close and therefore court decisions are delayed.
The next court date is scheduled for 19th August as the Marshal of High Court and Harbor Master requested the courts for an early date.

The last court date 21st April 2021 but due to the pandemic lockdown the court date was postponed.
