Circumstances
The ship is in a substandard condition, there is a list of 20° since 17th November and PSC are treating it as an emergency situation. The crew have not been paid for the month of October and the company has ceased to supply provisions. The Red Cross of Aviles is providing food on board.

2 January 2008: International Maritime Organisation
The following information was received from Spain, via the IMO: "Last Friday, December 7th, 2007, at 0700, the Philippine crew, consisting of 13 people, landed directly to a bus that took them to the airport, to fly to the Philippines. According to the ITF, the owner was the one who paid the bills and payroll including arrears as early as November".
The ITF has agreed that the case is resolved.
