By email dated February 16, 2024, we sent a follow-up email to the ITF Inspector. We are waiting for the indicated state change.
16 October 2023: International Transport Workers' Federation
The crew stopped communicating with us. If the Panama flag can produce the remittance advices for wages paid to the crew, we will change the status to RESOLVED
26 August 2022: Panama
Pending the update of the status to resolved in the database of abandoned vessel.
19 May 2022: Panama
The Panama Maritime Authority asked the ITF to confirm whether this case can be considered resolved, in accordance with the procedures of the joint IMO/ILO database on the abandonment of seafarers.
On 7th April, the Panama Maritime Authority sent a mail to the company that it had already been resolved, the salaries had been paid in full and confirmed by the crew and attached the documentation that supported payment.
