Circumstances
The vessel was last at dry dock in Cartagena. There has been no power on board for 3 months. Some money (US300.00 every 15 days) is provided for food by the manning agent, 30 tons of water were supplied on 30 October, prior to this the crew were collecting rainwater. There appears to be no contact with the owner.
