Circumstances
Some of the Filipino crew have not been paid since April. Some of the crew¿s employment contracts have expired, others have been taken off by the management company in Korea. Crew are required to work in excess of 14 hours/day and owners have refused to give crew members shore passes so they are unable to make complaints about their treatment. In effect these crew are abandoned into slavery.
