Crew not paid from and including 1st July 2020 to 20th November 2020.

The crew have now received all their outstanding wages.

The three crewmembers concerned each received four months wages paid by the P&I Club “Maritime Mutual Insurance Association (NZ)” Limited”. The money was remitted to the seafarers nominated bank accounts on 13TH June 2022, we are still waiting for them (seafarers) to acknowledge receipt of same.

The Far East P&I informed that it had agreed to settle the 4 months of wages - as per the MLC limit - on a good faith basis.

Sierra Leone was the flag at the time of abandonment, but the current status of the flag is Unknown.
At the time of abandonment the vessel was in Incheon.
The vessel is now trading around the Taiwan area.
The delay in reporting this abandonment was a combination
of poor communication with the crew and a misunderstanding at the ITF where we thought we had reported it.
