Circumstances
The seafarers are in a very worrying living conditions, with no provisions or water.
The ship appears to have been arrested for dues to the local ship agent.
The seafarers have not been paid for between 5 and 9 months.

An extra judiciary settlement has been made whereby the crew agreed to receive 80% of their outstanding wages . All crew have been paid and repatriated except the Master and the Chief Officer who are waiting to be paid the agreed 80% and to be repatriated
