All crew have received their owed wages and been repatriated.

26 August 2022: Panama
In response to the labor complaint filed against the vessel "APOLLO SUN", with IMO No. 9199995, you will find the lasted communications:
I. Through Email dated Jul. 4, 2022, the PMA sent
Communication addressed to Owners, Operator and/ or Local Resident Agent, communicating the labour complaint filed against the vessel, and requesting the measures taken to correct such deficiencies.
2. We received information on July 18, 2022, whereby the Master of the vessel confirmed that the repatriations were made and that the wages were paid in full.

18 July 2022: Spain
1.Tug APOLLO SUN currently detained after Paris MoU inspection as a result of a labour complaint made by ITF.
2.Local Agent and ship-owner dealing with the outstanding crew wages.
3.It seems the situation is on the way to be resolved but still waiting a confirmation by ITF on the payments.

8 July 2022: International Transport Workers' Federation
One crewmember (2nd Officer) was repatriated and has not received yet his wages.
