Circumstances
The vessel appears to have been without work since January 2007. The crew have not been paid since they signed on 8 months ago. There is no heating or air conditioning on board, also insufficient food and fresh water. There are multiple engine and deck problems and the ship¿s certificate has expired. The crew signed documents in Ukraine but there are no contracts on board.
