Circumstances
Second Engineer is owed 3 months wages. Company are trying to replace him (reliever already on board) without paying him. Seafarer has refused to leave until he is paid.
Company has also deducted 30% from his first months wages.
Alleges that whole crew are unpaid for 3 months but so far no others have complained.
There are 7 seafarers on board.

The seafarer signed off the vessel on 20th August 2022 after taking the decision to accept the offer of 3 months and 5 days (August) wages. He was entitled to 20 days wages in August but did not wait and negotiate further with the owner.
