In attention to the labor complaint filed against vessel "DANUTA I", with IMO No. 9193721, I proceed to indicate the latest communications received:
1. Through Email dated Aug. 26 2022, reiterated on Aug. 29, 2006, the PMA sent 1st Communication addressed to Owners, Operator and/ or Local Resident Agent, communicating the labour complaint filed against the vessel, and requesting the measures taken to correct such deficiencies.
2. Through Email dated Aug. 29, 2022, we requested the activation of the Financial Security with INGOSSTRAKH INSURANCE COMPANY.
3. Through Email dated Aug. 30, 2022, P&I Club responded they are investigating the issue and reverting soonest practicable.
4. This Administration has imposed an administrative restriction over the vessel.
5. Through Email dated Sep. 13 2022, reiterated on Sep. 21, 2022, the PMA sent 2nd Communication addressed to Owners, Operator and/ or Local Resident Agent, communicating the labour complaint filed against the vessel, and requesting the measures taken to correct such deficiencies.
6. Through Email dated Sep. 13 2022, addressed to P&I Club request any update.
7. Through Email dated Sep. 16, 2022, P&I Club responded that “Owners promised us to provide with confirmations of payment soon.”
8. Through Email dated Sep. 21 2022, addressed to P&I Club request any update.
9. Through Email dated Sep. 22 2022, P&I Club provide evidence of the payments made by Owners. Information that have been forwarded to ITF Inspector to verify is the payments were made.
