Crew are owed two months wages for September joiners, wages from 1 August for two earlier joiners.

US$23,670 paid to crew and receipt confirmed by crew members. This covers all owed wages until 1st November 2022
21 November 2022: Panama
1. On November 10, 2022, the shipowers club informs us, which requested more information from its members for their due investigation.
2. Outstanding crew wages were paid through November 1, 2022.(ATTACHED)
3. On November 11, 2022, Mr. Eric White, ITF Inspector, tells us the following:
"Confirmed all outstanding wages to 1 November have been received by the crew. Case considered resolved on my end at this time."
4. The insurance company (P&I) that issued the financial guarantee (regulation 2.5) for the abandonment of the Tug "AVID" was activated, and proceeded with urgent attention to this case.
