21st December 2022, we received all the payslips from the Filipino crew still onboard (8 seafarers) for the months of July, August, September, and October. We are still waiting for November and all the salary for the Ukrainians that will be paid cash onboard. The Filipino crew has confirmed receiving their salaries in their bank accounts. 4 months wages received on 24th December for one Indian seafarer. They have sent us the remittances and we have double checked these.
17 January 2023: Panama
In response to the labor complaint filed against the vessel "Tomson Gas", with No. IMO 8811766, the following pronouncements are presented:
This Administration sent a communication addressed to the shipowners, informing them of the labor complaint filed against the vessel, and requesting that they inform us of the measures adopted to correct said deficiencies.
We have received a response from the shipowners, in which they inform us that the months of July to October have been paid.
The ITF inspector, informed us that the Filipino crew and one Indian seafarers are pending payment for the month of November.
We request the activation of the financial security.
