Circumstances
There are no provisions on board since 3rd December 2022.
Wages have not been paid for October and November 2022, and 3m/three of the 13 crew members have not been paid for August 2022, while we note that the salary has been paid to the Indonesians in full and on time.
11 out of 13 crew members want repatriation to their homeland for reasons of contract expiration and various others .
While working on the Leros I t/x, the crew have faced the shipowner's lack of responsibility towards the crew and the ship: the lack of roper supplies, both provisions and technical, even minimal and onsumable, such as personal protective equipment, paints, lubricants, rags, etc., important requests for spare parts and repair of ship mechanisms are also ignored. The ship has been in this port since 16th June 2022, no technical supply has been supplied since then.
