Circumstances

All crew report that they have outstanding wages of 4 months (October, November, December and January.)
Their contracts have expired and they want to be repatriated.
There is a lack of provisions, the last being delivered on 29th January and was not complete

Most of the crew were repatriated without their outstanding wages. This case is now remarked as "Disputed".

20 March 2024: Panama
In response to the Labour complaint filed against the vessel “ARIANA”, with IMO No. 9500132, please find the latest communications:
Through email date October 27, 2023 we requested to the captain information of the vessel updated about the crew salaries have been paid, however we have not received a response
this administration has imposed an administrative restriction on the vessel.

19 July 2023: Panama
In response to the Labour complaint filed against the vessel “ARIANA”, with IMO No. 9500132, please find the latest communications:
This Administration sent an email to the shipowners, informing them of the labor complaint filed against the vessel, and requesting that they inform us of the measures adopted to correct said deficiencies.
On July 3, 2023 we have request the ITF inspector to confirm if the payment to the crew has been made.
