Some of the crew have not been paid for periods of 20, 17 and 13 months
The crew have expired contracts, one seafarer has been on board more than 28 months (since 9 November 2020) and many of the other crew have 20 and 16 months on board
The seafarers seeking be paid and repatriated.
The ship appears to be under legal arrest

The IOTF has offered legal assistance to the seafarers. No wages have been paid yet. Repatriation is being arranged by the ITF. 2 seafarers have been repatriated and another 5 in the next few days
