Circumstances
Vessel arrested on 8th November on behalf of cargo receivers on grounds of damaged cargo. Since the arrest, the ship managers in Piraeus have abandoned the crew and ceased to supply provisions and fuel. Other seafarers in the port are helping the crew with supplies. The crew have not been paid since they signed on.
