On September 6, 2023, we received an email in which the ITF inspector informed us that this complaint is being investigated by who notified it, because there is no record of who it was notified by.
Last Information:
Through email date April 25, 2023, the documentary restriction of the vessel is requested.
Through email date April 28, 2023 payment commitments requested
Through email date June 27, 2023 update requested on the complaint.
Through email date June 28, 2023, payment vouchers corresponding to the repatriation and payment of salaries owed to seafarers will be received.
Through email date August 28, 2023, update of the vessel in the abandonment database is written to the complainant of the ITF complaint

In response to the Labour complaint filed against the vessel “GUARDIANS”, with IMO No. 9165451, please find the latest communications:
Through Email dated June 28, 2023, the P&I Club responded:
"... Please find attached the proofs of payment.
So we are happy to confirm that all the crew has been repatriated and they have received all their wages. Please find attached the signed Receipt and Release forms for the same, covering both the 4 months ’ salaries under the financial guarantee and the rest of the salaries on top of the 4 months ’ salaries".
