In response to the labour complaint filed against the vessel “LUA” with IMO number 9557630, you will find the latest communications:
On July 9, 2024, PMA received an email of four crew members of the vessel reported that they have been paid their outstanding wages.
20 March 2024: Panama
Through email date January 31, 2023, an email was sent to current agents with information on the complaints reported in the ILO abandonment base.

On April 27, 2023 we have been informed by the crew members that they are in their countries of residence and that they filed a process to recover their employment benefits.

In April 2023, 5 crew members were repatriated from the Dominican Republic. Local lawyer in the Dominican Republic has started the legal actions against the owner on behalf of these 5 crew members.
