With reference to the message dated on 11/5/2023 in regard to the claim of some seafarers onboard the RORO Cargo vessel MV: LADY ROZ, IMO Number 7800112, flag: Cameroon, having onboard 18 seafarers from Egypt c2) and Syria c16) who were abandoned in Suez Canal, Egypt on May 2023. Who urgently need to be repatriated and others need their wages to be paid
Kindly note as per to our investigation, we had communicated with the nominated port agent during the vessel's call on 12/12/2022 at the port of Adabiya, who had advised the following info herby:
1-The port call of the vessel was recorded to discharge equipment's and departed with 18 crewmembers ct 7 Syrian & 1 Egyptian).
2-During the Port call of A/M vessel, the cargo operation had been completed as per scheduled and departed without any delays or claims have been submitted either to the port agent or to the port authority.
3-The Vessel last updated Location is in the Port ofMersin, Turkey.
4-The vessel's operator had advised that all off signer crewmembers have already disembarked and received their salaries in time without submitting any kinds of claims, as per attached declarations and the head owner needs more clarification cthe seafarers names, nationalities, rank) to check his files and revert with his comment accordingly
