16 November 2024: International Transport Workers' Federation
The legal procedures, including the auction sale and distribution process, have been completed. A successful bidder has been determined. Although the crew has priority rights to any distribution, the execution costs are exceptionally high, leaving no remaining funds to be distributed to the crew. This case does not have a practical or legal way to be paid the outstanding wages of crew member in Korea and is no longer possible to take action.
17 October 2023: International Transport Workers' Federation
The vessel was auctioned by a local agent with outstanding bills. A representative from the conservation and preservation team boarded the vessel few days ago.
5 September 2023: International Transport Workers' Federation
All the crew were successfully repatriated on 2nd August 2023. However, they have yet to receive their wages for the period April 2023 to August 2023.
