Circumstances
The vessel has been anchored in the same position since 28th August 2022, 1.5 miles of the coast of Aruba. During this time the supply of provisions, water and fuel has been irregular. They have been denied shore leave
The crew have been demanding from the shipowner since November 2022 the resolution of the situation, repatriation and payment of the owed wages.
