Circumstances
No wage payment since 01/03/2023 to 6 crew members. 10 crew members been paid their wages for March-May plus outstanding balance for February
Master who joined the ship on 28/11/2022 for November 2022 – May 2023
1 seafarer joined the ship on 10/12/2021 and since then prolonged his stay due to financial issues with bank his family faced with; 2 seafarers joined the ship on 05/06/2022, renewed the SEAs as well;
Medical attention and aid on board and ashore - OLR has a stomach ache and colonic problem, visited the doctor in October 2022, prescribed medication, but found fit for duty, recently the medicaments finished and further medication is unavailable as well as a visit to doctor has not organised;
BSN recently informed the Master about tooth pain;

Financial aid of US$6,600 from the ITF were paid into the C/Eng bank account and all payments for off-signers' transfer, formalities and trip to Egypt was paid by the C/Eng. The remainer of the money was withdrawn in Cairo airport and shared equally between the seafarers as a pocket money, to enable them to get to their places of residence (bus tickets). The Palestinian company abandoned the ship blaming the conflict between Palestine and Israel. The insurance company did not engage, the Flag state provided no assistance. The Egyptian embassy in Ukraine tried to assist the seafarers and provide visa support.
