Circumstances
Ship is being broken up; crew are living in a work shop. 11 months on contract, only 3 months of wages paid. The 4 crew members have been working 11 months.
Requests to be repatriated have gone unanswered. Local ‘boss’ is holding passports. If the men quit working, they will be thrown out. 1,500 Malaysian Ringgit per month. 3 months paid in cash.
