Circumstances
8 Vietnamese seafarers have owed wages of 3 months (June to August)
The SEA’s for the 8 seafarers have expired and they want to be repatriated.

All crew have received their outstanding wages. They had already been repatriated.
29 January 2024: China
China Maritime Safety Administration has promptly organized personnel to conduct a thorough investigation into the situation of the vessel in question. Below are the findings:
1. Vessel Information:
- Vessel Name: CENTURY BRIGHT
- Vessel Type: General Cargo
- Flag State: Cameroon
- IMO Number:9588500
2. Crew Situation Verification:
The investigation found that everything is normal at the moment. Based on the above findings, it is not recommended to include the CENTURY BRIGHT vessel in the joint database for abandoned seafarers.

The seafarers still outstanding wages for November ( 27 days). 8 seafarers were disembarked and repatriated

The seafarers have been paid up to October, however, they are still on board waiting to be repatriated
19 September 2023: China
After investigation and verification, it was found that these 11 Chinese seafarers (including the master) did not request to disembark or be repatriated, however they will continue working on CENTRY BRIGHT. The entry into the ILO/IMO joint database would result in discrepancies with the actual situation.
