Further to our previous correspondence regarding the abandonment case of the subject vessel, please be informed that a new inspection was conducted by PSC Officers in the port of Kavala on 09/10/2023. The inspection resulted that there are no unfulfilled financial obligations of the shipowner to the crew regarding their wages, while no repatriation requests nor shortage of supplies were reported by the crew.

Hoping that you are well, we write to you regarding the complaint of abandonment of the GSP Falcon ship, which was reported to this administration by the ITF and where only three crew members were reported who were owed salaries.
The inspector informs us on September 29, 2023 that the 3 sailors have been paid and that he would request the update of the abandonment base, (something that has not happened so far)
We understand from what you inform us today that this complaint is a new case of abandonment and not the one that was already reported in the month of September 2023.
Please could you clarify this situation for us?
We attach the emails from the ITF confirming the payment of seafarers' salaries
