Circumstances
1 Syrian seafarer (Oiler) has complained that he has outstanding wages of 9 months. The seafarers joined the vessel on 4th January 2023 and has not been paid since.
The seafarer is prepared to repatriate himself from Egypt without his wages.
Seafarer advises that he was never given an Employment Contract
