Circumstances
Owed wages of 5 months (May to September). The crew are not being supplied with food, water or fuel.
The vessel has been detained by Port state due to some deficiencies, one of which involves crew wages. Flag state are aware of the issues

All crew have received their outstanding wages (approx. $200,000) and have been repatriated.

Coordinating with ITF affiliates in India to see if they can help the crew. We have also contacted Port state to ask that the detention is not lifted until the owed wages are paid
