Shipowner's failure to pay contractual wages for more than two months.

This is to advise you that M/V “Blue Shark” mentioned in our letter [ref (a)] is registered with the IMO No: 9003770 and not the one 8324579 mentioned in our letter as that one belongs to GSP FALCON.
2. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and we kindly request you to inform all the recipients involved.
3. For your information the above mentioned vessel M/V BLUE SHARK has been recently renamed “BLACK SHARK” whose crew members (5 from India and 2 from Egypt) have been compensated by the insurer and successfully repatriated. The “BLACK SHARK” flies the flag of Tongo and is under new ownership.
4. Taking the above into account, please update the IMO/ILO joint database on abandonment, by noting the case as resolved.
5. Regarding GSP Falcon with IMO No: 8324579 as we have already informed the Greek branch of ITF with our mail dated 18/10/2023, after an inspection by port state control officers, all crew members’ salaries were found to have been paid in full.

We hereby wish to formally inform you that, with regard to Abandonment Case No. 811 (Vessel BLUE SHARK- IMO N. 9003770) all seafarers have been duly paid and repatriated in accordance with the applicable requirements.
For your reference and further action, please find attached the official proof of settlement of all outstanding payments to the seafarers.
In light of this development, we respectfully request that the necessary steps be taken to ensure that the relevant entry in the ILO abandonment database is duly updated, and that the case be marked as resolved, in accordance with the applicable procedures.
We remain at your disposal for any additional documentation or clarification you may require.
