Circumstances
2 seafarers report that they have 7 months outstanding wages (April to October).
The rest of the crew also appear to have unpaid wages but have not complained so far.
There appears to have been a change in the vessel management.

20 March 2024: Panama
Through email dated October 3, 2023, a message is sent to the owner informing him of the complaint received and the failures incurred and asking whether or not payment was made.
Through email date November 23, a message was received from the shipowners informing us of the following: " ... Well noted your below, We will internally investigate the matter and if found to be true and correct then wages will be cleared and settled by next week. Kindly exercise patience".
Through email dated November 23, 2023, a message was received from the ITF mentioning that" ... I would like to infonn you and share the latest information we have about the MLC Complaint that seafarers' salaries starting September 19 Until October they were paid, now what remains to be paid is the previous salaries ... ".
