Circumstances
The vessel has had a significant number engine problems. PPE not provided on board. Sub-standard vessel 3 Georgian seafarers asked to sign off on 1st December 2023.
Crew signed off in France on Tuesday 5th December 2023 and had flights booked by the owner. When the crew arrived in transit in Istanbul, the seafarers were told that the next flights were cancelled by owner. Wages below ILO

Tanzania flag state provided an exemption to sail with only 6 seafarers instead of 7 ( as per MSMC).
The crew is in danger because the ship is old, engine is not working properly
