Circumstances
Technical problem with the engine and crew without provisions, fresh water and gas oil. There are several claims against the owner, crew's wages and the local agent (Finisterre Agencia Maritime) decided to keep the amount that had been sent to us by the owner after negotiations.
The notification date has been corrected from 24 June 2009 to 24 July 2009 (as of 9 December 2025 by the ILO).
