Circumstances
Seafarer has not been paid for the months for November to January and current days of February.
Seafarer has a family emergency, wife in hospital after traffic accident and he needs his wages to pay for her hospitalisation and to be repatriated so that he can be with her.
Seafarer is also entitled to US$400, which is the cost of his visa that he paid to join the vessel.
