Circumstances
4 seafarers complaining of not receiving their wages for between 2 and 5 months.
Other crew alleged to be to afraid to complain, but the information we have received is that they are also owed wages for 5 or more months.

Crew received their outstanding wages and were repatriated. This case has been resolved.

Some of seafarers have being disembarked to the company facility and then repatriated without being paid. The owners are the same as the abandoned vessels HADI 21, HADI 37, HADI 52
