We are writing to you in reference to a statement published on your website regarding unpaid crew wages associated with our vessel.

We would like to kindly inform you that all crew wages have been paid in full, and currently, payments are being made on time without any issues. The company previously involved in managing crew payments last year has since been dismissed due to inconsistencies in fulfilling its obligations. A new management company has since taken over, and we are pleased to report that no further problems have arisen regarding crew wages or employment contracts.
We respectfully request that you provide us with the following details regarding the unpaid wages reported on your platform:
The full names and surnames of the crew members concerned
The specific months for which wages are claimed to be unpaid
This information is essential for us to demonstrate, with proper documentation, that the respective wages have indeed been settled and that the matter has been closed.
We would also like to express our concern that this unresolved listing is damaging the reputation and prestige of our company. In addition, some flag states are currently refusing to accept our vessels based on this outdated information. We are fully committed to compliance with international maritime labour standards, and we seek your cooperation to clarify and resolve this matter promptly.
