19 January 2025: International Transport Workers' Federation
Wages for period December 2023 till March 2024 were paid by the insurer. Company was officially declared bankrupt in October 2024. News from the court is expected during February 2025. This case has been classified as "disputed."

16 September 2024: Panama
In response to the labour complaint filed against the vessel “C3 MAGNAR”, with IMO No. 9050620, we provide you with the latest communications:

1. Through email dated April 4, 2024, the PMA sent the 1st communication addressed to Ship owners, Operator and/or Local Resident Agents, communicating the labor complaint filed against the vessel, and requesting the measures adopted to correct such deficiencies.

2. This administration has imposed an administrative restriction on the vessel.

3. Through email dated July 2, 2024, the activation of financial security is requested the P&I.

4. Through email dated July 4, 2024, P&I informed that it will take measures to solve the problem.

"Please note that British Marine, P&I insurers for the M/V “C3 Magnar”, are already aware of this matter. All is currently in hand, and
we are awaiting final supporting documentation prior to being able to settle the outstanding crew wages”.
