3 Syrian and 3 Indian crew signed off from Hong Kong at the owners’ expense and the 6 Indian crew received the outstanding wages

We would like to provide you with updating below on the subject case from the port state point of view:

2. The subject vessel has been under detention by the Bailiff of High court, Hong Kong since its arrest on 18 March 2024. The crew’s condition is fine. Their wages have been paid up to 8 May 2024. The provision of supply and crew maintenance fees (100 HKD per crewmember) are arranged by the Bailiff officer.

3. Crew changes occurred on 31 May 2024, replacing 3 Syrian crew members and 3 Indian crew members.

The 3 crew have confirmed that they have received all their unpaid wages, and their repatriation is being arranged
