Circumstances
Owed wages of between 6-8 months. Total lack of food and water and the seafarers have been paying for their food since March, but now they have run out of money and are having to ask other vessels for food.
As there is no water on board, they have had to resort to wash in sea water.
There is no fuel on board and they have electricity for only 2 hours per day

All crew disembarked, 4 seafarers only obtained their outstanding wages, Case court following the ITF legal assistance of the crew.

According to information received from Sao Tome & Principe the vessel is still under FALSE flag but now under name of PRUVALINE, the name of the vessel will be updated on IMO GISIS and on Equasis.
