Circumstances
Ship was arrested by PSC from 17 December 2008. Unpaid wages, substandard food, no gasoil. Now the vessel is docked without crew and under Italian Coast Guard supervision.
The notification date has been corrected from 17 February 2009 to 17 March 2009 (as of 9 December 2025 by the ILO).
