Vessel was sold and the CE employed by the old company that disembarked on his own request with no salary has never recovered his salary. Old company is redundant and are impossible to track. This case has been classified as "inactive."
16 September 2024: Panama
In response to the labour complaint filed against the vessel “MED SEA EAGLE”, with IMO 8356443, you will find the latest communications:
1. Through email dated June 17, 2024, the owner and resident agent were notified and we are awaiting a response.
2. Through email dated June 24, 2024 we received information from the ITF where it provides us with details of what is owed and a list of crew members.
3. Through email June 2, 2024 to the P&I, we provided to request the activation of the financial security.
17 June 2024: Panama
We acknowledge receipt of your labor complaint against the vessel “MED SEA EAGLE, IMO 8356443”, in accordance with the ordinary procedure, seeking to obtain prompt clarification and solution to the reported situation, we will communicate with the Registered Shipowners, Operators, regarding the complaint presented. Please provide us with the list of the crew and details of the salary owed.
